Terms of Use

The short version

Be honest in your briefs, pay on time, and everything we deliver is yours. We will be honest about what the engine can and cannot do, deliver on the schedule we agree, and keep your work confidential. The longer version follows.

1. The service

oliama provides access to a creative drafting engine maintained at our studio at 742-4 Shinmachi, Osaka 530-0015, Japan. Access is granted as a monthly seat with a daily brief allowance, reviewed by studio staff before delivery. We may decline or end an engagement where the requested work sits outside the engine's competence, is unlawful, or would break these terms — and we will say so plainly rather than quietly.

2. Ownership

Deliverables — code drafts, vector studies, diagrams, and any accompanying notes — transfer to you in full upon payment. You may use, modify and resell them as you see fit. The studio retains the engine, its training practice, and anonymised lessons drawn from reviewing drafts; we do not retain or reuse your identifiable work without written permission.

3. Your responsibilities

• Briefs must describe work you are entitled to commission. Do not submit material that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not use the engine to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or intended to harm.
• Seats are for the named individual or team. Please do not resell raw access.
• Review deliverables before putting them into production. Drafts are prepared with care, but the final professional judgement — especially for code that ships — rests with you.

4. Payment

Seats are invoiced monthly in Japanese yen, in advance. Prices include consumption tax. There is no minimum term; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and we do not refund partial months except where we have failed to provide the service. Dedicated arrangements carry their own written schedule.

5. Availability

The studio operates 06:00–20:00 daily. Drafts submitted outside those hours are queued for the next morning pass. We aim for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance is announced by email at least a day ahead whenever it affects delivery times.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost revenue, lost data, or costs arising from how a deliverable was deployed after review.

7. This website

Content on oliama.ai — text, line studies, and page design — belongs to the studio unless noted. You may link to any public page. You may not mirror the site, scrape it at volume, or present its contents as your own.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute we cannot settle by conversation will be heard by the Osaka District Court.
