Privacy Note

Who we are

oliama is a studio located at 742-4 Shinmachi, Osaka 530-0015, Japan. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 06-51134-5688 during studio hours, 06:00–20:00 daily. This note explains what personal information passes through our hands and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Request and message details. When you write to us — through the access request, the visit note, or plain email — we receive your name, email address, organisation if you give one, and the contents of your message.
• Correspondence. We keep our email exchanges so we can answer properly and remember the context of your project.
• Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs (browser type, referring page, approximate region) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we use it for

• Replying to your request or confirming your visit.
• Deciding whether a seat is a good fit, and arranging access if it is.
• Keeping the studio's records straight — invoicing, scheduling, and the occasional follow-up you would reasonably expect.

We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send newsletters you did not ask for.

Work you send the engine

Briefs, code and artwork you submit for drafting are used to produce your deliverables and to review the engine's habits. We keep anonymised lessons from that review; we do not keep, reuse or showcase your identifiable work without asking first.

How long we keep things

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Client correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement plus the period Japanese tax law requires for invoices. Server logs rotate out within ninety days.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy" and we will answer within five working days.

Changes to this note

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not announce changes by email unless they materially affect existing clients.
